Summary
Join Neo4j as a Human Resources Representative for a 3-month maternity cover position. You will support various HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with employee inquiries. This role offers valuable experience in a variety of HR areas. You will contribute to a positive workplace environment by collaborating with HR and other departments to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative support (internships included)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a seamless experience for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Support off boarding processes, including exit interviews, equipment returns, and final documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrolment and addressing employee questions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through proper documentation and record-keeping
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is a plus
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for creating a positive workplace environment
