Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt quickly to changes
  • You’re detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems before they arise
  • You’re comfortable using HR software, project management tools, and communication platforms (Rippling, ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive, etc.)
  • You genuinely care about company culture, employee engagement, and supporting teams in doing their best work!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all HR practices and policies are legally compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Lead the recruitment and interview process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to coordinating final hiring decisions and onboarding new hires
  • Compose and send out job offers to candidates
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating training, access setup, and first-day introductions
  • Research compensation factors such as employees' location and skillset to ensure fair and competitive compensation
  • Act as a resource for HR inquiries and ensure requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Manage HR documentation and compliance processes across hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that reflects BAD Marketing's values
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to manage benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance
