Thunder is expanding its horizons and seeking a versatile Salesforce Specialist with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team in the Philippines. The hybrid role demands proficiency in APEX development, analytical business acumen, and comprehensive Salesforce administration.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience with successful project delivery in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) and Salesforce Consultant Certifications in Cloud area of expertise strongly preferred
• Proficiency in APEX and Salesforce platform development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
• Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies
• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Administer and configure Salesforce environments to meet project needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce projects
• Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives
• Provide technical support and training to users as needed
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features
