Salesforce Architect in United States, Canada

Summary

The Salesforce Tech Lead at AVIO will work closely with clients, developers, and project managers to deliver complex solutions for clients using Salesforce. They will be part of a flexible talent pool that allows them to take on projects while keeping opportunities with AVIO open.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, from architectural design to implementation
• High-level Salesforce architecture skills and knowledge of current best practices
• Expertise in CRM/Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Revenue Cloud

Responsibilities

• Model and implement processes defined by customers while providing recommendations to improve the overall solution
• Work with customers to understand their processes, build out detailed requirements, and create a plan for delivery
• Define technical direction, delegate, and manage technical projects
• Develop, implement, and test custom Salesforce solutions
• Support the Sales process as needed, including estimating effort and schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Commerce Cloud, OMS, CPQ, and/or Marketing Cloud experience preferred, but not required
• Software development experience outside of Salesforce preferred, but not required
