Internal Salesforce Admin/Developer in Philippines

Summary

Thunder is expanding its horizons and seeking a talented Internal Salesforce Admin/Developer for a remote role in the Philippines. The candidate should have proficiency in APEX development, AURA, LWC, and comprehensive Salesforce administration with 2-3+ years of experience and certifications in one or more Salesforce Cloud areas.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience with successful project delivery in Salesforce
• Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred
• Proficiency in basic administrative and development functions such as but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, deployment management, etc
• Proficiency in APEX, AURA, and LWC and Salesforce platform development
• Proficiency or has experience in Experience Cloud
• Proficiency or has experience with Integration/APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON strings, Postman, APIs)
• Demonstrated intermediate to high level of skill in relational database, object oriented programming, software development lifecycle, and algorithm analysis
• Well versed in languages like Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, AURA, LWC, and other Salesforce Cloud technologies
• Handle Salesforce administrative and development tasks
• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Administer and configure Salesforce environments to meet project needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce projects
• Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives
• Manage the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation like User Manuals, Technical Documentation, and Configuration Workbook
• Provide technical and end user support, work on configuration, bug fixes, and enhancements
• Provide training to users as needed
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features
