Requirements

  • 1-4 years of business immigration administrative experience
  • Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills
  • Strong client services skills
  • Experience directly interacting for customers via email, call, and video
  • Experience anticipating clients’ needs and addressing their concerns
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including document printing and shipping, invoicing, organizing meetings, and contacting clients and EORs
  • Process mobility administrative tasks and requests such as immigration applications
  • Assist with periodic processes and procedures such as immigration audits, and inspections
  • Ensure that EOR mobility records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Conduct research on global mobility trends and regulations to support improvements
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to Team Leads and Regional managers as required
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the department, including participation in projects and initiatives as needed

  • Familiarity with JIRA, Notion and slack
