Summary

Join Emplifi as an Implementation Consultant (Make Specialist) and lead customer projects implementing Emplifi’s Customer Experience solutions, particularly integrations using the Make.com platform. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team, including Sales, Software Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Consultants. Leverage automation and integration tools to create scalable, data-driven engagement workflows and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and improve engagement. Define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, and develop user interface designs, workflows, and specifications. This intermediate-level role requires 3-5 years of experience using automation tools like Make or Zapier and delivering technical solutions such as CRM products or chatbots. A four-year college degree is preferred. The role includes up to 10% travel.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience using and building with automation tools and integration platforms such as Make, Zapier, or similar
  • 3-5 years experience in delivering or supporting technical solutions such as CRM Products, Chatbots, Knowledge Bases, or similar
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, SQL, Python, or similar
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Participate as an active member and leader of project teams supporting common goals, objectives, and processes
  • Leverage automation and integration tools (including Make) to create scalable, data-driven engagement workflows
  • Analyze customer behavior using tools like Mixpanel to identify trends and improve engagement
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research, fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
  • Develop user interface designs, screenshots, walkthroughs, workflows, uniformly structured use cases and supplementary specifications
  • Provides expertise and support for documented requirements traceability
  • Support team planning, analysis, execution and management of projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree BA/BS strongly preferred
  • Excited to learn, grow and develop within a leading (AI) Customer Engagement space
  • Eager and self-motivated with the ability to work on a wide variety of tasks, while showing initiative to learn and grow with our team
  • Understanding of business practices in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space
  • Experience and understanding of one or more of the following: Call Center or BPO Processes
  • Quality Assurance Processes
  • Fulfillment Processes
