Requirements

  • Must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas; Product/Project Management, Training, Medical Software, Implementations
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation as it relates to the revenue cycle for new and existing clients
  • Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for the latest features and functionality in the system for a given client
  • Serve as a direct point of customer contact during the implementation
  • Train the client through key product learning milestones for effective application usage
  • Proactively and independently manage client escalations
  • Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans
  • Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with the client
  • Ensure implementation milestones are met on time
  • Coordinate data conversion, interface, and other timelines and expectations
  • Follow project plans and manage scope and timeline, escalating to project managers as needed
  • Hand off to Client Support when the client has successfully completed the process
  • Support sales team in hand-off of new clients
  • Assure overall client satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as needed and directed by project managers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Cycle including claims generation, processing and/or collection is preferred
  • Web-based Training or Classroom Training/Coaching experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems preferred
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems/implementations preferred
  • Work experience in a medical office environment, customer service, IT, or support desk is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace
  • Ability to lead a client successfully through technical processes
  • Ability to manage and fulfill client expectations
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
  • Personal track record of being thorough, courteous and responsive in customer service
  • Ability to communicate with various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
  • Self-starter, with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency
