Implementation & Enrollment Specialist

Summary

Anagram is seeking an experienced Implementation and Enrollment Specialist to oversee the enrollment process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition during implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare enrollment or implementation, preferably within the optometric field, strong understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management processes, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in healthcare enrollment or implementation, preferably within the optometric field

Responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment process for all customers, including gathering necessary documentation, completing applications with insurance companies, and conducting kick-off calls with our clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new accounts
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the following PM Systems is preferred: Eyefinity, Office Mate, Crystal, Revolution, EyeCloudPro, Compulink
