Implementation Project Manager

Join our team as a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Project Manager with expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions. You will manage the implementation of UKG software projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities include leading and managing UKG software implementation projects, developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. A background check is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software implementation
• Strong knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 5 years’ experience in project management
• 2 - 3 years experience with UKG implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage UKG software implementation projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
