Implementations Consultant

Summary

The job involves implementing and supporting HR modules for clients, configuring the system based on client requirements, developing training materials, and providing support during go-live. The role requires a full understanding of HR legislation, at least 8 years' experience in human resources processes and consulting, at least 3 years' BI experience (preferably Qlikview), advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, creativity, innovation, strong analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of HR legislation
• At least 8 years’ experience in human resources processes and consulting
• At least 3 years’ BI experience (preferably Qlikview)
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc

• Ensures customer excellence
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customer base
• Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the company’s quality requirements
• Takes personal accountability for service excellence
• Adheres to the companies work standards
