Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementations Manager to oversee the integration of new hires and clients into our ecosystem. This role requires strong project management skills, a data-driven approach, and experience in designing onboarding programs for diverse professional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs for diverse professional teams
  • Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly headhunting and staff augmentation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Adept at project management methodologies and proficient in project management tools
  • Data-driven approach with a knack for identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire implementation and onboarding process
  • Develop and implement customized onboarding programs for new hires from various professional backgrounds
  • Ensure clear communication and establish strong relationships with clients throughout the implementation process
  • Oversee the smooth integration of new hires into client teams
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the successful delivery of talent to clients
  • Leverage technology to streamline onboarding and implementation procedures
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize onboarding processes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in onboarding and talent management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients from various industries (architecture, engineering, healthcare, legal, finance) is a plus
