Implementation Manager

Summary

The job description is for an Implementation Manager who will lead client onboarding and implementation processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide ongoing support and training, and monitor and analyze client feedback. The preferred candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation, strong project management skills, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in discussing and working with APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Communications
• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct needs assessments, create project plans, and ensure successful product adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded
• Provide ongoing client support and training to ensure continued product adoption and satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance the client experience
• Partner with Knowledge Management to develop and maintain internal and external training materials
• Understand and work with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling complex information
• Ensure client data and information is accurate, up-to-date, and secure
• Stay current on industry trends and technology advancements, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software implementation methodologies and tools
• Experience with system integrations, particularly in balancing various systems and ensuring smooth, seamless connections
• Proficient in discussing and working with APIs, understanding how they function and integrate with different platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software and infrastructure
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, SFDC, Domo, Pendo, JIRA
