Summary
Join Monte Carlo as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be responsible for managing all marketing-generated pipeline. You will triage inbound leads, convert them into qualified opportunities, and contribute to building the inbound playbook. This role requires collaboration with the marketing team to achieve pipeline goals. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in pipeline generation or process-oriented roles, a proven track record in early-stage companies, and experience with complex, consultative sales. Monte Carlo values ownership, prioritization, integrity, customer orientation, and a results-oriented approach. The position is remote.
Requirements
- 1+ years work experience in either a pipeline generation role, or a heavy process orientation role
- Demonstrated track record in an early stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Experience with a complex and consultative sales

- Prioritization: Ability to organize and structure a process and maintain focused discipline on the most important things

Responsibilities
- Manage all marketing-generated pipeline at Monte Carlo
- Triage inbound leads based on our ICP definition
- Follow up in a timely manner to convert leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team
- Help to build the inbound playbook - partnering closely with our marketing team to help achieve our marketing pipeline goals
