Requirements
- Proven experience with warm outreach
- Expertise in sales automation tools and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management: prospecting, lead qualification processes and converting leads into MQLs
- Ability to leverage industry and company service knowledge to write personalized value-based messages and message sequences
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify incoming lead inquiries from marketing channels (website form, email, Dribbble, Behance) through the personalized communication
- Accurately manage of leads and their progression through stages in Hubspot CRM
- Manage the successful processing of lead follow up. Develop own follow-up sequences (either based on provided strategies or from scratch) tailored to different ICPs, buyer personas and service inquiries
- Manage ongoing lead nurturing (=growing) in a collaboration with a Marketing Manager
- Set up calls for a Sales Manager once leads qualify as MQLs and conduct lead handoff
- Accurately track sales activities conversion within CRM and provide updates on lead pipeline progress
- Maintain a deep understanding of Fulcrum's services to effectively communicate value propositions to leads from the first touch to follow ups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Healthcare industry or selling into healthcare verticals
- Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC
- Experience with multi-channel lead prospecting
- Experience conducting discovery calls and/or presales processes
