Summary

The job is for a customer-obsessed professional with at least 9 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations or sourcing/procurement for the Automotive Industry. The role involves driving digital transformation, expanding the company into new markets, being the voice of the customer, and participating in hiring decisions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
• 9+ years minimum managing manufacturing operations, NPI, or sourcing / procurement for Automotive Industry
• Comfort with technology and an interest in problem-solving with startup-level resources
• Proven collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with executives with the ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence others

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation for our customer’s manufacturing operations
• Drive expansion of Regrello into new markets, customers, and teams
• Be the voice of the customer and help guide the product roadmap
• Drive customer success strategy at Regrello in any form required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in executing/managing elements of a full product lifecycle is a plus
• Experience standardizing or managing cross-company processes is a plus
• Management and multi-industry experience is a plus
• Warehouse, plant, or other facility operations experience is a plus
• Six sigma certification or demonstrable lean manufacturing experience is a plus
