Summary
Join BrandCycle as our Influencer Manager, Community & Content, a fully remote position! You'll be instrumental in building and engaging our influencer community, managing applications, overseeing our internal Facebook group, and creating compelling content. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience in social media management, and content creation expertise. You will collaborate with internal teams and influencers to achieve company goals. BrandCycle offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $65,000-$76,100, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO, generous parental leave, and a work-from-home stipend. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and support influencers
- Solid understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and how to optimize content for each
- Experience managing social media groups or online communities
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a knack for crafting clear and compelling messaging
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams and with external partners
Responsibilities
- Manage and vet influencer applications, ensuring alignment with BrandCycle’s ideal customer & values
- Actively monitor and engage with our influencer community across all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with new and existing influencers, encouraging them to become brand advocates and active participants in our network
- Address questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a supportive tone that reflects BrandCycle’s values
- Provide ongoing guidance and educational resources to help influencers optimize their performance
- Act as a bridge between influencers and internal teams, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with company goals
- Develop and distribute engaging content across our merchandising channels to keep Influencers informed and inspired
- Create blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing assets to support Influencer engagement and brand storytelling
- Plan and create social media content that sparks engagement and strengthens Influencer relationships
- Identify and showcase top-performing influencers through case studies and feature content
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on social media performance to uncover audience preferences and refine strategies for maximum impact
- Work closely with internal teams—including product, brand, and business development—to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
- Partner with top influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and amplify BrandCycle’s messaging
- Continuously explore innovative ways to strengthen our community, enhance engagement, and provide value to our influencers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and community management tools to manage influencer relationships
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
- Proficiency in email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar platforms) to engage and retain Influencers
- Hands-on experience working with influencers or managing influencer partnerships
