Join our team as an Influencer Marketing Agent to provide best-in-class support to Honeylove Influencers via affiliate platforms. You'll become an expert in products, tools, and systems, and help deliver top-notch creative while cultivating the Honeylove culture.

• You have a passion for troubleshooting and high attention to detail
• You are someone who enjoys creating efficiencies, and have a history of bringing up ideas and recommendations around changes that would contribute to a better/quicker workflow for yourself or your team
• You have excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
• You are flexible and adaptable; demonstrating good judgment and positivity in an intense, high volume environment
• You have top-notch communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and across the organization on behalf of the needs of your team
• You are a responsive, action-oriented, and innovative problem solver

Responsibilities

• Help our creators with garment selection, sizing, shipments, and order support
• Social and payment account connection with our affiliate program
• Vetting of potential creators using our Influencer Evaluation tool
• Become an expert in our internal tools and platforms, including Shopify, GRIN, Superfiliate, Skeepers, Creator IQ, Asana, and warehouse management systems
• Become an expert in our products and help creators get their perfect fit and style
• Provide feedback and ideas about our processes and workflows
• Be the “voice of the creator” and share feedback with other stakeholders in the organization
• Develop engaging content and comprehensive guides to support influencers in promoting our brand across social media platforms
