Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an inside sales or business development role, with a strong track record of converting warm leads into clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital marketing
  • Proven ability to engage with and build relationships with senior executives, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of a premium service
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities, with a proactive 'hunter' mentality, even when working with warm leads
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey value propositions and build rapport with senior executives
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales reporting tools to track sales activities and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full inside sales process from initial contact to membership conversion
  • Work with warm leads, nurture them, and convert them into premium-priced paying members through phone, email, and digital marketing channels
  • Identify and engage with senior executives who fit the target profile using email outreach, calls, and LinkedIn engagement to drive pipeline growth
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing members to ensure a positive membership experience, driving both retention and growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, including customer notes, sales activities, and prospect development. Report on key performance indicators such as outreach activity, sales cycle performance, and results
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure the smooth onboarding of new members
