Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales management role
- A proven track record of consistent success as an individual contributor in a sales role
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Proficiency with CRMs
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgment
- Ability to stand and sit for periods of time and to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to interact with others, both in person and through phone, e-mail, and written correspondence
- Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide leadership to an inside sales team focusing on individual sales and productivity as well as meeting and being accountable for established weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Monitor proper headcount to meet forecasted goals; Master recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
- Manage sales activities through CRM and resolving daily sales issues related to processing contracts
- Monitor calls and provide written and verbal coaching and mentoring on a daily/weekly basis; Identify and manage strengths and opportunity areas for sales representatives
- Plan and execute daily huddles and weekly team meetings, including facilitating team contests
- Collect data, analyze information, and provide feedback to sales representatives to increase performance, skills, and overall productivity
- Effectively communicate and model sales tactics, strategies, and closing skills
- Monitor employee timesheets and ensure daily completion, including tracking and approving time-off requests; Handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Communicate professionally with all levels of management on a regular basis and comply with all company policies, procedures, and practices while leading with a high-level of integrity and holding the team accountable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with managing remotely
- Bachelor's degree
