Inside Sales Manager

Summary

Join Fresh Prints, a rapidly growing start-up, as an Inside Sales Manager and build a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading a team of inside sales associates, setting and monitoring sales targets, and managing key performance metrics. This role requires significant sales and management experience, proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, and a data-driven approach. The ideal candidate is intelligent, a problem-solver, and a strong communicator. Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience required
• Experience with CRM suites like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Reply.io or Outreach.io
• Focused on Numbers & should be Data-Driven
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire & lead training for new inside sales associates
• Set and monitor quarterly sales targets
• Manage the key metrics of your reports like close rate and repeat customer rate
• Complete regular 1-1s and coach team members to perform better
• Manage performance improvement plans for low-performers
• Manage escalations as and when necessary
• Lead by example on work ethic and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales team management experience preferred
• Experience in SAAS/IT sales will be a huge plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a huge plus

Benefits

• Annual base pay: $24,000
• Annual variable pay: 1% commission on sales ($12,000 expectation)
