Summary

Join our team at ATS, an IT systems integrator, as an Inside Sales Representative specializing in IT hardware, software sales, and services! This role supports Account Executives and involves demonstrating, promoting, and selling ATS's products and services. You will develop and foster relationships with prospects, track progress and results in a CRM system, and research the target market. Responsibilities include configuring solutions, quoting, upselling, ensuring account performance, managing established accounts, and maintaining daily contact with customers. This remote position offers quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience selling a product or service
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Demonstrated skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with the Reseller Market
  • Familiarity with client ordering requirements

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell ATS’ products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers
  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention
  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system
  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and ATS's overall market opportunity
  • Responsible for configuring solutions, quoting, and up-selling as a reseller of servers, storage, desktop/laptop, security products and maintenance services
  • Ensure the performance and growth of Named customer accounts
  • Responsible for run-rate business for all established accounts
  • Daily contact with customer base in assigned territory
  • Daily update to sales on all promotional/ price/ product activity
  • Feedback to sales reps on activity/opportunities
  • Coordinate and develop relationship with key vendor relationships throughout
  • Maintain “clean” contact lists for all customer accounts. (CRM) companies, opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
