Summary
Join Aviatrix as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and contribute to the growth of our EMEA team. Based remotely in the UK (preferably London), you will generate leads, engage with prospective customers, and support sales opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to identify customer needs and drive results. This role requires fluency in German and English. You will manage smaller sales cycles independently and support strategic deals. Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and leverage dashboards to monitor KPIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience in lead generation, pipeline development, or full-cycle sales
- Strong communication skillsโconfident on the phone and in written outreach
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Organized, coachable, and eager to learn
- Interest in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise technology (technical expertise not required)
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection best practices in outreach
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified leads
- Build and execute personalized, account-based campaigns
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Field Sales
- Manage smaller sales cycles independently
- Support strategic deals through research, discovery, and stakeholder engagement
- Reignite inactive leads and progress stalled opportunities
- Build trusted relationships through consistent, value-driven communication
- Identify customer pain points and align Aviatrix solutions to business drivers
- Guide prospects throughout their buying journey
- Partner with Field Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams on campaigns and programs
- Share feedback and insights to refine go-to-market strategies
- Participate in enablement sessions and pipeline generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Leverage dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and progress
- Collaborate with peers to share learnings and improve outcomes
