Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools as assigned and used in Company operations
  • Calendar and hold meeting with potential and existing clients regarding the services
  • 2-3+ years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
  • A self-starter with a driven, results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
  • Strong diplomatic skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to stay organized in the midst of working potentially hundreds of leads
  • Track record of success in a remote role
  • Experience in attending and exhibiting at industry events
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets - preferably within the Legal Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, active listening, written and verbal communication skills, and professionalism when engaging with clients
  • Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping both customers and team members
  • Coach-ability and a team-focused mindset
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries
  • Set up and run meetings/calls for prospective clients
  • Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
  • Meet set KPIs set by the Company, adjusted as necessary in connection with new client deals and prospecting requirements
  • Identify prospects needs/challenges and suggest appropriate services
  • Attending industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in attending and exhibiting at industry events
  • Proven track record of success in a remote role
