Requirements

  • Ability to clearly and empathetically communicate across Zoom/Google Meets, Live Chat, email, and phone, translating customer needs into actionable steps and building trust
  • Capacity to guide prospects through complex decisions by active listening, effective discovery questions, and positioning product features relevant to customer business objectives
  • Proactive identification and resolution of issues, process improvement, and internal customer advocacy. This includes flagging feedback patterns, documenting interactions, and suggesting new tools or processes
  • Active collection, synthesis, and communication of sales conversation insights to inform product, marketing, and operations. This involves structured feedback submission and participation in product feedback loops
  • Initiative in developing outbound strategies using available tools, scripts, and messaging to engage new leads, including testing messages, reactivating warm leads, and sharing results
  • 3-5+ years in a sales role
  • Education: A college degree

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and Closing Inbound Demo Leads: Engaging and converting inbound prospects interested in our solutions
  • Running Discovery and Matching Prospects: Identifying customer needs and aligning them with appropriate plans and features
  • Following Up and Nurturing Leads: Executing multi-touch outreach to advance leads through the sales pipeline
  • Managing Pipeline and CRM Accuracy: Maintaining precise customer data and pipeline status in the CRM
  • Achieving Sales Quota and Ensuring Customer Experience: Meeting monthly sales targets while providing high-quality customer interactions
