Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 year in a leadership or coaching role within an inside sales environment
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, and B2B acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, conversion rates, and sales productivity

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives focused on outbound cold calling
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed acquisition targets for new experience operators
  • Monitor daily activity, pipeline, and KPIs using Salesforce and internal reporting tools
  • Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and targeted coaching to improve individual and team success
  • Partner with sales enablement and leadership to ensure training, processes, and tools support optimal performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and operations to streamline the seller acquisition and activation process
  • Participate in strategy development to identify growth opportunities and optimize outreach tactics
  • Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of operator concerns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment
  • Familiarity with the tours, activities, or travel experiences sector
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
