Institutional Sales Manager

Summary

The job is for an Institutional Sales position at Crypto.com, where the employee will build institutional clientele, craft products, identify leads, attend conferences, research market trends, draft agreements, and maintain ongoing contact with clients. Requires 3+ years of experience in financial services sales, a demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships, excellent command of professional written and oral English, and proficiency in English.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services sales i.e Sales Trading, OTC Sales, FX Sales, Sales, eSales (FX products), ETF’s, Liquidity pool’s, CFD’s, Prime Brokerage services etc
• Experience and network of clients in the cryptocurrency space is a plus
• Candidates with more experience would be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position
• Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners
• Excellent command of professional written & oral English, writing & presentation samples are welcome

Responsibilities

• Define and build your institutional/high-net worth clientele
• Lead in flexibly identifying & pitching institutional leads
• Craft and tailor your products
• Identify and reach out to institutional client leads
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant Crypto.com products
• Attend Conferences, represent crypto.com engaging with institutional players
• Conduct community reach activities, attend crypto community gatherings, meetings to expand and deepen our institutional footprint
• Research on market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space
• Draft and close client or partnership agreements
• Propose new crypto institutional offerings
• Maintain ongoing contact with institutional clients, keeping track of client feedback, and recommending product improvements
