Institutional Sales Manager

Summary

This job is for a Client Services role at Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange. The role involves managing relationships with major clients, expanding existing customer relationships, building key customer service processes, analyzing user behavior, and formulating regional strategies.

Requirements

• At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc
• Experience with trading platforms and an understanding of basic market dynamics is a plus
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc
• Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
• Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be an advantage
• Fluency in English and a native language is preferred

Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers with sustained communication and understanding of their needs
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
• Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
• Regional analysis and strategy formulation
