Instructional Content Designer

Summary

Join IntelliPro as an Instructional Content Designer for a 1-year contract, working remotely from India on a night shift. You will support the development and implementation of customer learning programs, managing training content on various platforms. Responsibilities include designing engaging training materials (eLearning, videos, blended learning) using tools like Storyline 360 and Rise 360. You will collaborate with content developers and administrators, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure quality through peer reviews. The role also involves process improvements and content evaluation. The position requires a minimum college degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 yrs. relevant professional experience
• Comprehensive experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, assessments, and blended learning solutions
• Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and processes, and evaluation methods
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines, and adapt to project changes
• Experience working and collaborating with SMEs and other Instructional Designers to create content solutions
• Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates
• Must provide work samples and/or portfolio
• Minimum college degree required
• Software proficiency required: Articulate Rise 360
• Software proficiency required: Articulate Storyline
• Software proficiency required: Camtasia
• Software proficiency required: MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of customer learning programs, including Veeva submissions, platform implementation, and content localization/translation
• Manage training content on learning platforms (Intuitive Learning, ISU, Seismic)
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Track translation requests
• Collaborate with content developers and administrators
• Design and develop engaging training materials (eLearning, videos, blended learning) using tools like Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Microsoft Office
• Ensure quality through peer reviews and SME feedback
• Focus on process improvements, content evaluation, and operational efficiency in instructional design
