Instructional Designer – AI-Enhanced Learning

Join our team as a Contract Instructional Designer to revolutionize learning creation and delivery using AI. This 6-month, full-time, remote (India-based) contract offers the chance to collaborate globally, design innovative digital learning solutions integrating AI-generated content, and align with cutting-edge instructional practices. You will design instructional content, learning paths, and eLearning assets using AI; write scripts and develop storyboards; collaborate with SMEs and tech teams; evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs; design assessments; lead walkthroughs; apply storytelling principles; and ensure accessible, high-quality, visually engaging outputs. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience designing learning solutions for US audiences, experience with AI content generation tools, strong writing and storytelling skills in US English, and a background in creating curriculum and courseware. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing learning solutions for US-based audiences
• Hands-on experience (or strong interest) working with AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper)
• Strong writing, visualization, and storytelling skills in US English
• Background in creating curriculum and courseware across digital formats
• Ability to QA and edit content for clarity, consistency, and instructional integrity
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Design instructional content, learning paths, and eLearning assets using AI-generated material
• Write scripts and develop storyboards for interactive, multimedia-rich learning experiences
• Collaborate with SMEs and tech teams to align content with business needs and learner objectives
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance
• Design assessments and knowledge checks that reinforce learning
• Lead walkthroughs with stakeholders and revise content based on feedback
• Apply strong storytelling principles and instructional design best practices across formats
• Ensure final outputs are accessible, high-quality, and visually engaging
