Summary

Join Kiddom, a leading educational platform, as an Instructional Designer to create and enhance digital curriculum. You will design interactive questions, digital lessons, and supplemental resources within the Kiddom platform, ensuring high-quality content optimized for our digital learning environment. Collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines and align math content to standards. The ideal candidate possesses K-12 math teaching experience, instructional design expertise, and strong project management skills. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of K–12 math teaching experience (preferably secondary)
  • 3+ years of instructional design experience with a focus on math and technology integration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Empathy for educators and a passion for equitable education

Responsibilities

  • Design and edit interactive questions, digital lessons, and supplemental resources in the Kiddom platform
  • Develop and implement instructional and graphic design protocols aligned to curriculum
  • Review content for quality assurance and support contractor contributions
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and goals
  • Align math content to standards and create engaging, student-centered learning experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative problem-solving skills; experience with Illustrative Math (IM360) is a plus
  • Proficient in using Generative AI tools to enhance instructional design and content development workflows
  • Experienced with project management platforms such as JIRA and Monday.com to track tasks, timelines, and team collaboration
  • Skilled in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for creating, organizing, and sharing curriculum and project documentation
