Requirements

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Handle billing, payments, and health insurance details
• Review and update medical and billing records
• Handle correspondence (emails, letters, faxes)
• Provide general administrative support
• Monitor treatment status and prepare summaries
• Collect and organize client documents
