Summary

Join Catchpoint, a remote-first company, and contribute to the success of our Internet Performance Monitoring (IPM) platform. As a Marketing Specialist, you will support and execute demand generation campaigns across various channels. You will lead organic social media management, create marketing copy, assist with campaign planning, and analyze campaign performance. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media. Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in communications, marketing, digital media, or relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the social media universe including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc
  • Demonstrable experience executing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs
  • A self-starter with a can-do, team-first work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field required

Responsibilities

  • Lead organic social media management, including planning, content creation, scheduling, engagement and social listening
  • Write and edit copy for email marketing, webinars, ads, educational content, and website
  • Assist with campaign calendar planning and maintenance
  • Assist with execution of all marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, email, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Analyze, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of Microsoft 365, HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Demandbase, Salesforce, and/or Webflow
