Summary

The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to join their team.   • Keeping campaigns on budget
  • Problem-solving any roadblocks
  • Building and managing paid media plans for marketing campaigns
  • Identifying data-driven objectives
  • Setting clear KPIs
  • Segmenting audiences
  • Defining the campaign’s channel mix
  • Leading or contributing to integrated marketing initiatives
  • Overseeing paid media execution, optimizations, reporting, and recommendations
  • Ensuring that all marketing campaigns and assets developed demonstrate a consistent brand voice and visual style
  • Building strong, ongoing working relationships with agency partners
  • Working closely with Project Management teams to build collaborative workflows and streamlined processes for marketing projects
  • Collaborating with different teams across the Wikimedia Foundation to develop innovative programs and drive global growth and engagement
  • Reporting and analyzing the results of all marketing initiatives
  • Recommending marketing optimizations
  • Building baselines and best practices to inform future marketing and campaign work
  • Staying on top of emerging practices, themes, stories, and trends in global Marketing
  • Employing best practices for cultural inclusivity while building marketing campaigns
