Intermediate Business Analyst

Summary

Join us as a Business Analyst in Brazil, Argentina or Colombia to analyze business systems and processes, cooperate with stakeholders, and suggest ways to improve workflows. Work with a top player in fintech, gaining hands-on experience in payment processing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of BA experience
• Solid skills in BA methodology and tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of stakeholder roles and effective stakeholder management
• Experience with complex business process mapping and automating workflows
• Proficiency in backlog management and value-based prioritization
• Customer-centric approach to gathering requirements; ability to effectively elicit and document complex requirements with lots of dependencies
• Good grasp of Scrum methodology
• Experience writing Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements by identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholders
• Own and manage product backlog for the team and prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborate with the engineering teams and business stakeholders to write Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Facilitate PI planning events for the team to ensure smooth planning, alignment, and coordination
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure visibility into product progress and status
