Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in international market expansion roles or top-tier consulting firms with significant exposure to international market expansion projects, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of legal, financial, and regulatory requirements for establishing entities in international markets

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of legal entities in new territories, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
• Collaborate with legal, finance, sales and revenue operations teams to establish operational infrastructure, including billing, banking, tax compliance, and payroll
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities in new international regions
• Evaluate competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, cultural nuances, and market demand for our products
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in international expansion
