Summary

Join Hugging Face as their HR Ops specialist, managing global employee onboarding and offboarding. You will act as a key support for the team, handling benefits, visas, relocation, salary, agreements, PTO, and stock options. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment with the Talent Acquisition Lead, improving the HR environment, managing payroll with external accountants, and corresponding with global service providers. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in a startup environment, a legal or HR background, and strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Requirements

  • Ideally coming from a legal or HR educational background, you have 3+ years of experience as a People Operations/HR specialist in a startup-like company
  • Youโ€™ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative in solving problems
  • You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are key to succeeding in a decentralized organization like ours
  • You also have great organizational and administrative writing skills
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this position

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes worldwide
  • Acting as the โ€œguardianโ€ of the company culture by providing daily support to the team (benefits, visas/relocation, salary, agreements, PTO, stock options)
  • Coordinating recruitment-related issues with our Talent Acquisition Lead (preparing contracts, etc.)
  • Improving our HR environment
  • Working with our external accountants to manage payroll
  • Corresponding with our external service providers (lawyers, visa providers, accountants, etc.) around the world (North America/LATAM, EMEA, APAC)

Preferred Qualifications

Solid startup or entrepreneurial experience is also preferred
