Summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to manage incoming leads, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain accurate customer information. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, an energetic and outgoing personality, professional demeanor, the willingness to follow up with customers, internet savvy, familiarity with powersports vehicles, and the ability to pass pre-employment testing.

Requirements

  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads is desired but not necessary
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written, including exceptional email skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor
  • The willingness to persistently follow up with customers
  • Internet savvy with excellent computer and organizational skills to track leads
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles
  • Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional writing and email skills
  • Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers for customer follow-up and retention
  • Keep up-to-date with incoming inventory and operate software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and interactions with guests into the CRM through data entry
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

The ability to pass pre-employment testing including: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
