Summary

Join Figma's IR & Business Operations team as a highly analytical and strategic individual contributing to solving challenging business issues. Collaborate across various teams on strategic initiatives with a direct impact on the business. Monitor industry trends, assist with shareholder engagement, support strategic growth, and develop new financial processes. This full-time role offers substantial senior leadership exposure and can be based in a US hub or remotely within the US. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience in investment banking or private equity, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or private equity
• Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models from scratch
• Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and run with it
• Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail
• Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on industry trends related to financial performance and equity capital markets
• Assist with shareholder engagement activities, including investor meetings, calls, and events
• Support the execution of strategic growth opportunities
• Help develop and implement new financial processes and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high growth B2B SaaS company
• Experience with M&A integration
• Experience with SQL
