Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in similar or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathmatics, or Physics OR master’s degree in quantitative
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a clear drive to focus on the business side of a fast-paced company
• Demonstrated experience with Excel or Google Sheets in a professional setting, with a track record of creating reliable financial models
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Build and refine financial models to forecast revenue and profitability, providing insights that inform our strategic direction
• Design, update, and manage dashboards to monitor growth metrics, providing real-time visibility to leadership
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering actionable recommendations to the leadership team
• Collaborate with local teams to collect data, ensuring consistency and quality across reporting processes
• Oversee and maintain the client data structure within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and creating dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
