Invoice and Reports Specialist

Requirements

• Proven experience in Post-Production coordination or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format emails to deliver reports and invoices to clients
• Upload electronic reports to client portal websites, using accurate naming conventions
• Create links for electronic report delivery
• Optimize and split reports as needed to meet client-specific requirements
• Print, bind, and ship reports, ensuring timely delivery
• Provide prompt responses to emails
• Train new Post-Production coordinators
• Review and interpret contracts to understand special delivery requirements, including electronic formats, hard copies, and specific invoicing instructions
