Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in information technology or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on business analysis, project management, and solution delivery
- Experience as an IT Business Partner
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in a complex, matrixed business environment
- Knowledge of industry-standard IT tools and technologies
- Deep understanding of automotive industry trends and challenges
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Growth organization to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational needs
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage IT solutions to address business needs
- Review and analyze capability requirements derived from business processes and customer journeys
- Define and prioritize IT solution requirements based on business needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to oversee solution implementation, including vendors, technical teams, and internal departments
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage change management processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the IT strategy for the Growth Department
- Align IT initiatives with the overall business strategy
- Identify emerging technologies and trends that can benefit the business
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or MS)
