Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and security best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and cybersecurity across all regions
  • Manage enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration tools) and ensure seamless integration and uptime
  • Ensure robust data security policies and disaster recovery procedures are in place
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance to ensure data privacy (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and regulatory compliance
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
  • Lead vendor negotiations and IT procurement to optimize cost and service quality
  • Track, manage, and report on IT budgets, KPIs, and project timelines
  • Oversee global inventory management of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of end-user devices and hardware configurations that optimize performance and user experience
  • Implement a scalable asset management system to support on-boarding/off-boarding, remote device tracking, and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are a plus
