Summary

Join Quorum as the IT Operations Specialist and lead digital workplace applications globally, overseeing IT operations to align with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills alongside strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture that enables digital dexterity to support the productive use of technology for better business outcomes
• Build partnerships among key stakeholders to understand business needs and to ensure that digital workplace initiatives support business outcomes
• Work closely with team members in Talent & Culture to measure team member experience, ensure team member communication is effective and further team member capabilities with the use of technology
• Ensure adequate IT policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization in partnership with our IT security team
• Manage all IT operations staff and vendors, providing leadership and coaching to ensure departmental success
• Create and owning the technology budget, making strategic recommendations for IT infrastructure and capabilities
• Ensure all systems, networks, and infrastructure remain operational through preventative maintenance and support
• Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to innovate through new systems and tools
• Remain current on IT trends, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance regulations
• Identify appropriate ticket distribution and escalation process and providing hands-on support for tickets as appropriate globally, and all local Brazil hardware related tickets
