Summary
Join Developex as an experienced IT Recruiter proficient in modern sourcing tools and ready to work with international markets. This role is ideal for those who want to impact company growth by leading full-cycle recruiting and collaborating with hiring managers. You will manage multiple vacancies, conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, and contribute to HR initiatives. Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry
- Relevant education or completed specialized courses in recruiting
- A well-developed LinkedIn profile
- Confident user of sourcing tools (Boolean search, X-ray, GitHub)
- Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies
- Proficiency in several candidate assessment techniques, preferably competency-based interviewing skills
- Experience with ATS systems (Breezy or similar)
- Basic skills in using ChatGPT for process automation
- Ability to present vacancies and attract candidates
- Fundamentals of business communication with clients and cross-team communication
- Excellent time management, ability to prioritize tasks
- Independence, initiative, ability to maintain a friendly atmosphere in the team, flexibility in problem-solving, and active participation in internal initiatives
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level
Responsibilities
- Manage 4-5 vacancies simultaneously, including IT and non-IT areas
- Independently perform the Full-Cycle Recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers for effective position closure
- Write creative vacancy texts, utilize unconventional search channels
- Maintain a candidate database according to internal standards
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments (biographical interviews, case interviews, competency-based interviews)
- Support candidates at all stages and evaluate Candidate Experience
- Assess risks and involve the team in complex negotiations
- Conduct pre-boarding according to internal procedures and suggest improvements
- Monitor statuses in systems and ensure timely vacancy closure
- Collect and analyze labor market data, salary analytics for processed positions
- Participate in company HR initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in service companies or recruitment agencies
- Experience in international recruiting
- Technical background or deep understanding of the IT field
