Summary

The job is for an IT recruiter to join the team and lead the recruitment process in the CIS region. The role involves expanding the candidate funnel, ensuring high-quality hires, and improving the recruitment process continuously. Requirements include at least one year of successful experience in IT Recruitment, proficiency in Russian and English (intermediate level or higher), a high level of responsibility, autonomy, development orientation, ability to work in a multi-tasking mode, and experience working with various recruiting extensions and plugins.

Requirements

  • Successful experience in IT Recruitment of one year or more
  • Ability to communicate in Russian & English (at least Intermediate level)
  • High level of responsibility, autonomy and development orientation
  • Willingness to work in a multi-tasking mode
  • Ability to work deeply and thoroughly through a task: whether it is a new business process or a vacancy from an unfamiliar subject area
  • Experience working with various extensions and plugins for recruiting
  • Be ready for hiring in CIS region is a must

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle of the recruitment process in the company
  • Expand the recruitment funnel for each vacancy, systematically form and fill the company's candidate base
  • Ensure the hiring of A-players, constantly improving the recruitment process and ensuring a high level of User Experience of candidates interviewed by the company
  • Constantly monitor, test and select progressive methods of candidate search and selection based on the world's best solutions
  • Continuously drive and improve the candidate search and recruitment process
  • Maintain all candidate profiles in ATS with care, accuracy and diligence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hiring PHP developers, QA, Product Designers, Owners and Analysts
  • Have both in-house and agency experience
  • Experience closing English-speaking jobs would be a plus
  • Have rolling profiles on facebook, linkedin, Habr. Career, etc. with a contact base of 500+
  • Know how to build long-term relationships with candidates so that you always have someone to come back to
