Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar
  • Proven track record of success recruiting for sales roles or comparable positions
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle for high-volume roles, particularly sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals, to identify top talent
  • Leverage your understanding of the CPG industry to attract candidates who align with our organizational goals
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies to meet workforce goals
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics to assess pipeline health and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in recruitment for field sales, merchandising, or territory management roles
  • Familiarity with employment branding strategies and employee value propositions
  • Knowledge of compliance and best recruitment practices
