Summary

Join our collaborative Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Team Leader and lead a high-quality recruitment process, supporting the team in meeting targets, and ensuring the best standards in recruiting.

Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of experience as a recruitment team leader in IT, with a track record of successful team and recruitment management
  • Experience in outsourcing recruitment or agency work, understanding the IT landscape and working with international candidates and clients
  • Ability to manage Employer Branding and recruitment marketing independently
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Elevato) – organizing, reporting, and managing candidate data in line with GDPR
  • Leadership and mentoring skills – you know how to motivate your team and manage work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • A goal-oriented, strategic, and proactive approach
  • Experience in setting KPIs, developing competency frameworks, and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Ability to organize feedback processes and manage annual evaluations independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you build positive relationships and collaborate well with hiring managers and other departments
  • Empathy and assertiveness – you treat team members with respect and give constructive feedback professionally

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with leaders: working closely with tech and HR leaders to align recruitment processes with the company’s needs
  • Team management and mentoring: supporting, motivating, and developing recruiters, fostering positive relationships within the team, and creating processes and tools for recruitment and team growth
  • Handling recruitment processes: conducting key recruitments and assisting the team with their daily tasks
  • Optimizing and evaluating processes: analyzing and improving recruitment methods to make sure they’re efficient and meet the organization’s changing needs, implementing new recruitment processes, and ensuring their effectiveness
  • Trend tracking and reporting: implementing innovative recruitment solutions, setting and monitoring KPIs, and generating reports to analyze team and process performance
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: actively contributing to employer branding, and maintaining a positive candidate experience at every step of the process
