Summary

Join Dataprise as an IT Technician and perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on various computer equipment, including laptops, desktops, servers, and network devices. You will provide high-level customer service while troubleshooting issues and ensuring network connectivity. Microsoft O365 knowledge is a plus. Requirements

  • Troubleshooting computers, servers and networks, software and hardware
  • Being familiar with network operating system, software and hardware
  • Work within a ticketing system and create documentation for new processes
  • Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with outside vendors and internal staff

Responsibilities

  • Remotely Installing computers, servers, firewalls, routers, wireless access points, and network switches
  • Loading all necessary software
  • Troubleshooting all issues in a timely manner
  • Researching both current and potential services and resources
  • Loading all necessary software
  • Working in the O365 Environment for Email/SharePoint/Identity
  • Providing network access and connectivity to the users and staff
  • Troubleshooting all issues in a timely manner
  • Working with clients' computers to repair software
  • Perform installations, maintenance and repair work on any computer related equipment that supports the business from laptops, desktops, servers, communications equipment (digital & IP phones), tablets (ex. iPad’s), smart phones (ex. iPhone’s, Android’s), printers, local area networks, wide area networks, any piece of computer related peripheral or software an end user would be using
  • Providing a high level of customer service to the user
