IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as a recruiter. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring teams. You will be responsible for providing a world-class candidate experience and communicating effectively with applicants. Success in this role requires proven success in delivering outstanding international tech hires, strong stakeholder management skills, and an obsessive focus on acquiring top talent. Requirements

• +1 year's of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player
• Proven success in delivering outstanding international Tech hires (backend, frontend, product manager, product designer, data, mobile...)
• Native English level, fluent Spanish level
• Residence in Madrid / Barcelona (Spain) or willing to relocate
• Experience working with ATS systems
• A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model and operations
• Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships

Responsibilities

• Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams
• Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
• Provide a world-class candidate experience
• Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
• Spread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc
• Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
