The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and providing a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

  • +3 year's of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
  • Proven success in delivering outstanding international Tech hires (backend, frontend, product manager, product designer, data, mobile...)
  • Native English level, fluent Spanish level, other languages are a plus
  • Residence in Madrid / Barcelona (Spain) or willing to relocate
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model and operations

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams
  • Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
  • Spread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
